Knitting has become a common interest shared by myself and my two daughters. My eight year old granddaughter is even trying her hand at it. We have had such fun sharing ideas, projects, teaching each other to blog, etc. As our stashes grow, the ideas flow . . . .
OK - thought I'd never do this. I used to knit several years ago and then just lost interest. My daughter recently started knitting and taught herself, inspiring me to start again. She asked, "how come you never taught me knit?" to which I replied, "you never asked!" Anyway, we are knitting up a storm and having fun. Now, I never thought that I would do this, but she started a blog and so here I am - - - am I crazy?

I am a "young" grandma still in the workforce who is interested in lots of extra curricular activities. I am looking forward to retirement in order to pursue these things on a more regular basis. Have a wonderful husband, two much loved married daughters who share a lot of my interests, and two superb grandchildren who light up my life!
